In the name of legalism and religion, marriage is a
must for the first step to continuing life and reproduction. For me, married
isn’t always about to legalize sex but one of responsibilities. Marriage is not
an easy way. We should prepare anything from start until the planning
what we will do for the next.
How to get married is not too difficult, I think. To
get approval from legal and religion rules, you only come to Kantor
Urusan Agama. But sometimes people make it difficult because of the
perfect wedding as they dream about. For a woman, especially. They think
wedding should be perfect to remember forever. They try to make the wedding
similar to their dream no matter how much they have to spent money for
it.
In Indonesian culture, a family still have a will to
be the decision maker of the wedding. Sometimes parents use their children wedding as
a mean to show off their success. They will spend
a lot of money and invite a lot of their colleagues to prove their power. Then,
what happen with the brides? They are only standing at bride stage, give a
stranger a smile and accepted their greet for a 2 up to 3 hours. After that,
they lose their power and get tired. They have no essence of their wedding.
Marriage nowadays is not cheap, even you just have a
simple wedding. You should save your money about 70 million at least. And if you
want an IDEAL wedding, you should prepare a lot of money and it’s about 100 million or more (until one billion it's possible, I think)! 100 millions is
not very hard to get if you are the daughter of a businessman, a high official
or your dad has a lot of inheritance. But if you just an ordinary people in a
simple family, you should work hard to get it. That nominal is just for entering
your marriage-life and you should have a costs for the next step of your life.
After getting married you need to have a place for your living, you plan to have
a baby and how to survive your life. Uh oh! I can’t wonder it!
Sometimes i found the couple which made a big party wedding but they marriage life is too short. How useless it is!
This is for contemplating, which one do you choose? A simple, A perfect or your parent’s pride? It’s up to you. Nothing is easy way in life but better to think about the life after marriage than just a wedding event. Because the essence of marriage is about the journey where you face it together.
